9:45 am – 11:00 am – Welcome at Hale Pohaku Conference Room. Review schedule for the day, visitor orientation (Culture, Natural Resources, Astronomy, Safety)
11 am – Restroom Break, load vans, depart for summit
11:45am – Arrive at first telescope
12:45 pm – Depart and head to second telescope
2:05 pm – Depart second telescope
2:20 pm – Stop between UKIRT and UH88 for pictures
2:35 pm – Descend to Hale Pohaku
3:15 pm – Debrief
3:35 pm – All pau!
